Service Technician called to let me know when he was arriving. He put on protective booties and proceeded to check Heating system. He stated that the system is a MERV 10 and the filter that is being used is a MERV 14 which overtime can damage the system. He recommended to use the Nordic Pure filter either MERV 6 or 8 it is not paper it has fibers which catches more dirt and can be bought on Amazon.

I arrived on site to perform an inspection of a Carrier air conditioning unit. During the inspection I found that the unit was low on R-410A refrigerant, causing it to not blow out cold air. I refilled the R-410A refrigerant and the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I arrived on site to perform an inspection on a Rheem air conditioning unit. During the inspection I found that the unit's outside contractor was wired irregularly. I rewired the unit and it was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I arrived on site to perform an installation of a Five Star 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner, as it was the best size for their home. The installation of the unit was a success and the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I provided customer with an estimate for the installation of a Carrier 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Customer will review estimate and let us know how to proceed.
I found water dripping from light fixture directly below the furnace upstairs. I fixed the drain. I also added refrigerant to the Carrier air conditioner. Both systems are operating as intended at time of departure.
I performed a call back service on a Concord air conditioner. I originally came out to perform a tune-up, I returned because of the Circuit board failing. After taking a look at unit I was able to get the circuit board HP working for AC unit, and I advised customer we may need to replace HP for furnace or furnace itself.
I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner and replaced the old ICP gas unit. Everything is operating within manufacturers specifications at this time.
