I arrived on site to perform an inspection on a Carrier 16 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner unit. During the inspection I found that the unit's filter was dirty, causing it not to cool properly. I replaced the filter and told the customer to check it regularly, and the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I arrived on site to perform an inspection on the customers Bryant air conditioning unit. During the inspection I found that the 20AMP Fuse had blown, making it impossible for the unit to properly cool the property. I replaced the fuse and the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I arrived on site to perform an inspection on a Bryant air conditioning unit. During the inspection I found that the motor fan was worn out, meaning the fan would not work. I discussed options with the customer and due to the age of the unit and the cost of replacement parts, the customer opted to replace the system.

I arrived on site to deliver a portable air conditioning unit for the customer, as to provide them with cold air as we worked on their home condenser unit.
I arrived on site to perform an inspection on a Lennox air conditioning unit. During the inspection I found that the unit had an extreme leak in the refrigerant system. Due to the age of the unit and the cost of the replacement parts, the customer opted to get the part replaced. The unit was no operational at the time of departure.
Upon arrival I installed the new thermostat using two yellow wall mounts on the right and top sides, the left side had a wall stud the screw could grab onto. I wired up new thermostat. 5 wire connectors total coming from the wall. No need to use the extra T9 component to add a 5th wire for Common. The customer setup the thermostat to his liking. I disabled the schedule until the customer can decide on what to set it to. I tested operation, unit operates the system properly.
After removing the Trane gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 14" and a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
After removing the Goodman gas furnace and Lennox air conditioner, I installed a Carrier 96% 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
