Outstanding Inspection Knowledge

We hired Pickerington Heating & Cooling to inspection a home air conditioning system in a house that we are considering to purchase. The individual that Pickerington sent to do the inspection was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and confirmed our suspicions that the system was not working properly. He was able to identify the problem and present us with different options for fixing the AC. He walked us through every aspect of his inspection, gave us all of the options, and did not do any 'higher pressure' sales pitch to us. Best experience with heating and and air provider ever
I arrived on site to perform an inspection of the customers air conditioning unit. During the inspection I found that the blower motor had gone out. Due to the age of the unit and the cost of the replacement motor, the customer opted to get an install of a new unit.
I arrived on site to perform an inspection of a Bryant air conditioning unit. During the inspection I found that the unit was low on R-22 Refrigerant. Due to the age of the R-22 Refrigerant and the age of the unit, I temporarily refilled the unit and the customers opted to get an estimate for a new system. Unit was temporarily running at this time.
After removing the Trane gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Carrier 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 16 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed a diagnostic service call on a Trane air conditioner. I determined that due to the age of the unit that it may be best to replace. Customer opted to replace unit.
