Over the past 40 years, we have worked hard to become one of the most respected heating and air conditioning service and installation providers in the greater Columbus Metro Area. We’ve grown from a “mom and pop shop” to a legitimate corporation with a staff of full-time, NATE-Certified HVAC repair and installation technicians, kind and courteous customer support staff, and hardworking office and management staff. Our company was founded in 1972 by Howard L. Morris Sr. Currently, the company is managed by his sons Brett and Kip Morris. Five Star Heating & Cooling Group is family owned and operated and has proven its excellence in the unmatched scale, quality, and value of our services. We carry an “A+” rating with the Better Business Bureau, its highest rating, and an “A” rating on Angie’s List, the highest achievable contractor rating. With comprehensive service and replacement plans along with a dedicated customer service department, we stand behind our commitment to overall quality and customer care. We ensure that all installations are designed for maximum efficiency. We offer regular maintenance and protection plans after first-year warranties expire and dedicated 24-hour service to ensure that systems are consistently working at their peak and our customers are always comfortable.

Above all else, member contractors must guarantee customer satisfaction on every service call and installation

Customer Support Hours

Members must have live Customer Support during these hours: 7 am-9 pm daily.

Certified Technicians

Our member contractors must employ full-time, NATE-certified technicians with hands-on experience

Emergency Availability

Members must have technicians available to run emergency service calls 24/7, 365 (including weekends and holidays)

Service Rates

Members’ service rates must be competitive within their local market. Members must offer online deals and financing options.

Star Rating

Member must maintain a 4.8 or higher cumulative score from the five most important consumer review sites: Google, Facebook, BBB, Angie’s List, and Yelp

Top Brands

Member contractors must sell a top-rated brand name of HVAC equipment like Carrier, Lennox, or Trane.
